It Cosmetics It's All About You Customer Favorites Collection | Beauty Review

Happy weekend ladies! I've had this QVC package for a couple of weeks now, but I really wanted to try out all of the products before I wrote my post about it.
QVC was having this It Cosmetics special for around $56, which I think is a fantastic bundle price seeing as how they are definitely a higher end brand. It's still available on their website, but is now priced at $72.50. You guys already know I'm in love with their universal brow pencil, but I was really excited to try out their other products and this was the best way to do so!
It seems like everyone's coming out with some kind of contour or blush kit, which I'm not complaining about. I love these best for travel, but it's also really handy when it comes to doing your makeup quick. Instead of pawing through your collection for a couple of products, you've got a setting powder, blush, bronzer, and highlight in the same palette!
The It's Your Beauty Award-Winning Must-Haves Palette comes with the Bye Bye Pores Pressed Powder, Bye Bye Pores Pressed Blush, Vitality Matte Bronzer, and Hello Light Creme. I don't believe that they actually sell this palette on their website, I think it was just a QVC exclusive product, but they have tons of similar products to choose from!
The blush is my favorite of this kit! It's such a bright, universal pink that gives you that cheeky glow. It's very pigmented, so one dip of your brush will work, unless you like your makeup heavy. I can't say whether this does a good job of blurring my pores, only because I keep my blush very minimal and only on the apples of my cheeks where I don't have a problem with my pores.
The bronzer is a little hard to work with, you don't want to be too light handed and you definitely don't want to be heavy handed with it. It's as pigmented as the blush, but it's definitely more of a bronzer than a contour shade (Just sweep it in a 3E motion on both sides of your face). Since I use it as a bronzer, I would have rather have had some shimmer in it but I really do love this as well! I just wish the palettes came in different shades, because I don't think this is very universal for deep tone or fair skin tones.
I initially hated the creme highlight, mostly because I find that it's harder to use a creme product over a powder foundation, but once you find your rhythm with it you love it! It's a nice bold pearly white highlight, and I like to use it on my cheek bones, under my brow, and on the tip of my nose and cupid's bow to make my lips look bigger.
I can't give you a full run down of the setting powder, only because I find that I never really use these white or banana powders to set under my eyes, usually a loose translucent powder works just fine for me! But I have used it once or twice and I have no complaints about it.
Onto my favorite part of this bundle, the foundation! I got the Celebration Foundation SPF 50 in the shade Medium, which was the perfect shade for me! I normally self tan, but this past week I've embraced my pale skin and this looks good with or without some color!
This is my absolutely favorite powder foundation! In general, I tend to stay away from them because I can get really dry skin, but this is the most flawless foundation (powder or liquid) that I've ever tried! My skin looks so natural and yet still fabulously airbrushed whenever I wear this!
Even with being dry around my chin and nose, I can still get oily in the summer in my T-zone. This foundation will keep me matte for 8+ hours! I only have to touch up with a blotting tissue and I'm good to go. I highly recommend trying this out for anyone who's interested in a new foundation. You will not be disappointed!
I apply this with the dual ended brush the set comes with, with is the perfect size for the compact and so soft on your skin! I don't have an up close picture of it (Sorry, some pictures got deleted!), but you can check out their brushes on any website.
Another picture that was deleted was of the Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer (Medium). I really loved this product because it totally made my dark circles disappear, but I was upset with how tacky it can get on your skin! I tried blending it out with the smaller end of the brush like the kit says to do, but it would still get pretty cakey. I used a Beauty Blender, which worked better to soak up the extra product, but it was still tacky even after setting it with a powder. I stick to using this for any blemishes to cover up now.
Until Tuesday, friends! Have a happy fourth of July and don't forget to celebrate America! But also be safe this weekend!
