First, I have to thank Cait for the amazing Christmas gift! I absolutely love it! I've never tried Tarte eyeshadows before, but I love the pigmentation and the smoothness.

First Impressions:
Matte? Neutrals? What more can you ask for in an eyeshadow palette? Also, the packaging of this product is so sleek and cute! Purple is one of my favorite colors, so I love the purple ombre and gold.

This palette has some of the best transition shades! Wanderer is one of my favorites, but there's also force of nature and natural beauty. I think power player could also double as a transition shade, it's just a little more on the gray side.

It's dark, smokey shades are your basic dark browns and plums; multi-tasked, bombshell, and fashionista. They'll double nicely as outer V colors and to smoke out your lower lash line.

Overall, I think this palette is definitely going to be one of my most-used palettes. You can't go wrong with matte shadows and you definitely can't go wrong with neutral shades.
