'I am so excited to present to you my dream shade of the very best highlighter on the market - Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop! This creamy luminizing powder veils the skin in a soft pearlized glow. Light-reflecting pearls beautifully catch the light, allowing your favorite features to pop! Sweep across the face or apply to targeted areas including cheekbones, brow bones, and bridge of nose. Be sure to let me know what you think and hashtag #champagnepop #defineyourlight'
- Back of the package.
Champagne Pop is rightfully named with a true champagne color. It's kind of the perfect mixture of Becca's coveted Opal and Moonstone, but still a very unique color.
The pan comes with 8g of product in a metal and rubberized compact (For weight comparison Mary-Lou Manizer by the Balm comes with 8.5g of product).
Above the highlight is shown in natural light. Below it is shown with flash so you can get an idea of how it photographs.
On the skin. Natural light above. Flash below. I was very happy that it comes to a muted gold on the skin rather than quite as bold as it is in the pan.
Here's two different views of Champagne Pop used as my cheek, nose, and lip highlight, on the Loreal Infallible Foundation (review coming soon) and matching powder.
My intentions was to buy this and save it for my collection, using is sparingly to savor it, but I've been using every day since it arrived in my mail. I can't get over how much I love it. You can either wear it natural with just a light dusting or lay it on heavy for a dramatic look.
I'm really happy with this highlight and am so excited that I got my hands on one! It became Sephora's fastest selling launch product in the first hour! Get your hands on this while it lasts. Personally, I think it should become a staple in their line.
