New Makeup Haul: Sonia Kashuk, Urban Decay, and Gerard Cosmetics!

12:07 PM

Hi, my name is Katie and I'm a makeup addict.
*Unanimous chorus* Hi Katie.

I always tell myself to stop shopping for makeup, because I seriously don't need anything, but I always buy some whenever I get the chance. It's a huge problem, haha!

This is the Sonia Kashuk Holiday Limited Edition Deco Starlet Eye Shadow Palette. I saw these earlier in the year but I thought $20 was a little steep until I saw it again recently with a clearance tag for only $5.98! It probably went down even cheaper after another week but I couldn't pass up this beauty. I love the cold packaging and surprise!, the box it comes in turns into a tray! You guys know that black and gold is my favorite color scheme, so I was so happy when I realized that this could be part of my desk accessories. I use the tray to store my external hard drive and other tech accessories.

Isn't it pretty?

Ulta was having a huge beauty sale with their Urban Decay Ammo Palette; half off! It's still on sale on their website and in stores, and it came down to $16. I love collecting the Urban Decay palettes, and this one doesn't disappoint! It comes with a few shades from their Naked palettes, Chopper and Sin. Plus, you can never go wrong with more Primer Potion.

Pro: This palette is travel friendly.

I'm sure you guys are sick of seeing Gerard Cosmetics on here, haha. But I can't resist their sales and amazing beauty products! All of this came to $40 and free shipping ... you can't beat that! I ordered their newest shades for spring to add to my collection.

Here's Fairy Godmother, perfect for the release of the live-action Cinderella movie (P.S. I'm dying to see it, mostly because of Richard Madden who plays the prince - Where are my GoT fans at?). I love that they made an everyday pink!

I love Sophia Chang (fashionista804) and was dying when she came out with this peachy nude lipstick, Kimchi Doll, for Gerard! I wanted to order this while they still had the signature lipstick cases, and am so happy with this purchase! I love this more than their Nude lipstick, and love mixing it with my favorite nude lip glosses.

Plum Crazy is one of my favorite lip gloss colors to wear but sometimes a girl just wants a regular lipstick, ya know? Rodeo Drive has more of a creamier finish but is almost a perfect match for Plum Crazy. It's a great less dramatic bold lip to wear.

L-R: Kimchi Doll, Fairy Godmother, Rodeo Drive, and their lip gloss in Spring Fling. This lip gloss is to die for! It's a little too pale for me to wear on its own while I'm on the tanner side, but I like to use it to lighten and nude out some of my darker lipsticks, both pinky and brown. It's such a beautiful color.

BTW, I had some trouble with my package and contacted Gerard Cosmetics about it and they were so fast in responding! I love this company so much for their awesome products and great customer service. They even sent me a little thank you card in the mail.
